Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Place the device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Attach the Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
